SWOT ANALYSIS
OF THE PROJECT MEETING
Strong points:
- highly motivated members of the international team
- perfect organization
- friendly atmosphere
- variety of activities
- great host families
- children have made friends
- both teachers and students participated in the activities
- enthusiasm of the children and adults
- the Romanian children encouraged the guest children and made them
feel comfortable
- strong common desire to make the project successful
- everybody learned a lot about the others’ culture and education
system
Weak points :
- lack of time for personal talks
- some of the activities were too long
Opportunities:
- personal development through contrast and through first-hand
experience
- swapping teaching aids and ideas
- children are more motivated to learn English
- making friends
- promotion of our school in the local environment
- experience of differences and similarities in schools
Threats:
- obtaining the funding to expand the project
